tasmādvahniṃ pravekṣyāmi sārdhamābhyāmasaṃśayam | āpṛṣṭo'syadhunā snehānmama dehi jalāṃjalim

เพราะฉะนั้น ข้าจะเข้าสู่กองเพลิงพร้อมกับทั้งสองนี้โดยไม่ต้องสงสัย บัดนี้ด้วยความรักใคร่ข้าขอลา—โปรดประทานน้ำหนึ่งกำมือเป็นเครื่องอำลาสุดท้าย
