अनेन यः सुहृदयं श्रावणेऽभ्यर्च्य दर्शके । वैशाखे च त्रयोदश्यां कृष्णपक्षे द्विजोत्तमाः । शतदीपैः पूरिकाभिः संस्तवेत्तस्य तुष्यति
anena yaḥ suhṛdayaṃ śrāvaṇe'bhyarcya darśake | vaiśākhe ca trayodaśyāṃ kṛṣṇapakṣe dvijottamāḥ | śatadīpaiḥ pūrikābhiḥ saṃstavettasya tuṣyati
โอ้พราหมณ์ผู้ประเสริฐ ผู้ใดบูชาเทวะผู้มีพระทัยเมตตานี้ด้วยบทสรรเสริญนี้ ในวันอมาวสีแห่งเดือนศราวณะ และอีกครั้งในวันตรีโยทศีแห่งกฤษณปักษ์เดือนไวศาขะ พร้อมสรรเสริญด้วยประทีปหนึ่งร้อยดวงและเครื่องบูชาปูริกา เทวะนั้นย่อมพอพระทัย
