सर्वमंगलमंगल्या यदि त्वं सत्यतोंबिके । ततो मे मंगलं देहि नेत्रदानान्नमोस्तु ते
sarvamaṃgalamaṃgalyā yadi tvaṃ satyatoṃbike | tato me maṃgalaṃ dehi netradānānnamostu te
โอ้ผู้เป็นมงคลยิ่งเหนือมงคลทั้งปวง ผู้เป็นมงคลแห่งมงคลทั้งหลาย หากพระองค์ทรงเป็นพระมารดาอัมพิกาโดยแท้ ขอประทานมงคลแก่ข้าพเจ้า; ขอนอบน้อมแด่พระองค์ผู้ประทานดวงตา
