श्रुत्वा प्रीतिकरं वाक्यं द्विजानामिति पांडव । प्रत्यवोचं मुनीन्द्रांस्ताञ्छ्रूयतां द्विजसत्तमाः
śrutvā prītikaraṃ vākyaṃ dvijānāmiti pāṃḍava | pratyavocaṃ munīndrāṃstāñchrūyatāṃ dvijasattamāḥ
โอ้ปาณฑวะ ครั้นได้ฟังถ้อยคำอันชวนปีติของพราหมณ์ทั้งหลายแล้ว ข้าพเจ้าจึงตอบแก่เหล่ามุนีผู้เป็นใหญ่เหล่านั้นว่า “จงสดับเถิด โอ้ทวิชะผู้ประเสริฐ”
