अर्जुन उवाच । योगस्वरूपमिच्छामि श्रोतुं नारद तत्त्वतः । योगं सर्वे प्रशंसंति यतः सर्वोत्तमोत्तमम्
arjuna uvāca | yogasvarūpamicchāmi śrotuṃ nārada tattvataḥ | yogaṃ sarve praśaṃsaṃti yataḥ sarvottamottamam
อรชุนกล่าวว่า: “ข้าแต่ท่านนารท ข้าปรารถนาจะฟังสภาวะที่แท้จริงของโยคะโดยความจริงแท้ เพราะชนทั้งหลายล้วนสรรเสริญโยคะว่าเป็นยอดสูงสุดเหนือสิ่งสูงสุดทั้งปวง”
