ज्ञानानां बहुता येयं योगविघ्नकरी हि सा । इदं ज्ञेयमिदं ज्ञेयमिति यस्तृषितश्चरेत्

jñānānāṃ bahutā yeyaṃ yogavighnakarī hi sā | idaṃ jñeyamidaṃ jñeyamiti yastṛṣitaścaret

ความรู้ทั้งหลายที่มากเกินประมาณนี้แล เป็นเหตุขัดขวางโยคะจริงแท้ ผู้ใดเที่ยวไปด้วยความกระหายว่า “สิ่งนี้ต้องรู้ สิ่งนี้ต้องรู้” ผู้นั้นย่อมติดขัดเพราะเหตุนั้น
