ब्रह्मणस्त्वं सुता देवी तुलानाम्नेति कथ्यते । तुकारो गौरवे नित्यं लकारो लघुनि स्मृतः
brahmaṇastvaṃ sutā devī tulānāmneti kathyate | tukāro gaurave nityaṃ lakāro laghuni smṛtaḥ
“โอ้เทวี ผู้เป็นธิดาแห่งพระพรหมา ท่านได้รับนามว่า ‘ตุลา’ (ตาชั่ง) พยางค์ ‘ตุ’ สัมพันธ์กับความหนักอยู่เสมอ และพยางค์ ‘ลา’ เป็นที่ระลึกว่าเบา”
