sa cānnauṣadhilepena kṣaṇamātraṃ praśāmyati | kṣuddhyādhervedanā tīvrā niḥśeṣabalakṛntanī

แม้ความหิวนั้นก็สงบได้เพียงชั่วขณะด้วยอาหาร ยา หรือยาทา ความเจ็บปวดแห่ง ‘โรค’ คือความหิวนั้นรุนแรงนัก ตัดทอนกำลังให้สิ้นไปทั้งมวล
