เมื่อเข้าไปแล้วกราบนอบน้อมแด่พระเป็นเจ้า จากนั้นจึงเข้าไปยังครรภคฤหะ (ห้องศักดิ์สิทธิ์). ล้างมือให้สะอาด ตั้งจิตให้แน่วแน่ แล้วจึงยกนิมาลยะ คือเครื่องบูชาเดิมออกเสีย
