करंधम उवाच । कानि पापानि विप्रेंद्र यैस्तु संमूढचेतसः । न वेदेषु न धर्मेषु रतिमापद्यते मनः

karaṃdhama uvāca | kāni pāpāni vipreṃdra yaistu saṃmūḍhacetasaḥ | na vedeṣu na dharmeṣu ratimāpadyate manaḥ

กรันธมะกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่พราหมณ์ผู้ประเสริฐ บาปประการใดเล่าที่ทำให้จิตของคนหลงมัว จนใจไม่ยินดีทั้งในพระเวทและในธรรมะ?”
