जिते किलांधके दैत्ये गिरिशेनामरद्विषि । आडिश्चकार विपुलं तपो हरजिगीषया

เมื่ออันธกะ ไทตยะผู้เกลียดชังเหล่าเทวะ ถูกคิริศะ (พระศิวะ) ปราบได้จริงแล้ว อาฑิจึงบำเพ็ญตบะอันใหญ่ยิ่ง ด้วยปรารถนาจะพิชิตหระ (พระศิวะ)
