स च दैत्येश्वरः क्रुद्धः समारूढो महारथम् । दशभिः शुशुबे दैत्यैर्दशबाहुरिवेश्वरः । जगद्धंतुं प्रवृत्तो वा प्रतस्थेऽसौ सुरान्प्रति
sa ca daityeśvaraḥ kruddhaḥ samārūḍho mahāratham | daśabhiḥ śuśube daityairdaśabāhuriveśvaraḥ | jagaddhaṃtuṃ pravṛtto vā pratasthe'sau surānprati
แล้วจอมแห่งไทตยะนั้นโกรธเกรี้ยว ขึ้นประทับบนรถศึกอันยิ่งใหญ่ เมื่อมีไทตยะสิบตนรายล้อม เขาส่องประกายดุจองค์ผู้มีสิบกร ราวกับมุ่งทำลายโลกทั้งปวง เขาจึงเคลื่อนทัพเข้าต่อกรกับเหล่าเทวะ
