अग्निश्च रेतो मृडया च देहे रेतोधा विष्णुरमृतस्य नाभिः । एवं ब्रुवञ्छ्रद्धया सत्यवाक्यं ततोऽवगाहेत महीसमुद्रम्

agniśca reto mṛḍayā ca dehe retodhā viṣṇuramṛtasya nābhiḥ | evaṃ bruvañchraddhayā satyavākyaṃ tato'vagāheta mahīsamudram

“อัคนีคือพืชพันธุ์; ในกายด้วยพระกรุณาแห่งรุทระ; พระวิษณุทรงเป็นผู้ทรงไว้ซึ่งพืชนั้น และเป็นนาภีแห่งอมฤตะ” ครั้นกล่าวดังนี้ด้วยศรัทธาและวาจาสัตย์แล้ว พึงลงอาบ ณ มหี–สมุทร (สังคม)
