mārkaṃḍeyādibhiḥ prāpya kīrtyuddhāraṃca sattama | nāyaṃ kāmayate svargaṃ punaḥpātādibhīṣaṇam

โอ้ผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่สัตบุรุษ ครั้นเข้าเฝ้ามารกัณฑेयและฤๅษีอื่น ๆ แล้วได้กู้เกียรติยศคืนมา เขามิได้ปรารถนาสวรรค์อันน่าหวาดหวั่น เพราะเกรงการตกลงอีกครา
