दीप्यमानशिखा विप्रा दिव्यरूपा मनोरमा । तदद्भुतं महद्दृष्ट्वा कुंतीपुत्रो धनंजयः

dīpyamānaśikhā viprā divyarūpā manoramā | tadadbhutaṃ mahaddṛṣṭvā kuṃtīputro dhanaṃjayaḥ

เมื่อธนัญชัย โอรสแห่งกุนตี ได้เห็นอัศจรรย์อันยิ่งใหญ่นั้น—สตรีผู้เปล่งประกายดุจเปลวเพลิง มีรูปโฉมทิพย์ งามจับใจ—ก็พิศวงยิ่งนัก
