nāstikā vedabāhyāśca śiśnodaraparāyaṇāḥ | aṃtyajātāśca ye teṣāṃ puraḥ kāśī na varṇyatām

ต่อหน้าพวกอเทวนิยม ผู้ที่อยู่นอกเหนือพระเวท ผู้ที่หมกมุ่นอยู่กับกามและปากท้อง และคนที่มีจิตใจต่ำทราม ไม่ควรพรรณนาถึงความรุ่งโรจน์ของกาศีให้พวกเขาฟัง
