ผู้ใดได้ถึงที่ประทับของวิศเวศวร ได้ดื่มสายน้ำอุตตรวาหินี (คงคาที่ไหลสู่ทิศเหนือ) และได้สัมผัสลิงคะอันเป็นมงคลของวิศเวศะ—ผู้นั้นเล่าจะไม่ควรแก่การสักการะบูชาได้อย่างไร
