abaddhāvanatau skaṃdhāvadīrghāvakṛśau śubhau | vakrau sthūlau ca romāḍhyau preṣya vaidhavyasūcakau

Translation

หากบ่าผ่อนคลายและลาดลงอย่างอ่อนโยน—ไม่ตึงรั้งและไม่ยกสูง—ยาวและเพรียว ถือเป็นมงคล; แต่ถ้าบ่าคด หนา และมีขนดกเกินควร ย่อมบ่งถึงความเป็นข้ารับใช้ และนับเป็นนิมิตชี้ไปสู่ความเป็นหม้าย
