स्नात्वांबुदैवतैर्मंत्रैः प्राणानायम्य यत्नतः । उपस्थानं रवेः कृत्वा संध्ययोरुभयोरपि
snātvāṃbudaivatairmaṃtraiḥ prāṇānāyamya yatnataḥ | upasthānaṃ raveḥ kṛtvā saṃdhyayorubhayorapi
เมื่ออาบน้ำด้วยมนตร์แห่งเทวะแห่งน้ำ และสำรวมลมหายใจด้วยปราณายามอย่างเพียรแล้ว พึงทำอุปสถาน—การนอบน้อมบูชาพระสุริยะ—ในทั้งสองสันธยา คือยามรุ่งและยามเย็น
