aṃguṣṭhānāmikāgrābhyāṃ cakṣuḥ śrotre punaḥ punaḥ | kaniṣṭhāṃguṣṭhayogena nābhiraṃdhramupaspṛśet

Translation

ด้วยปลายนิ้วหัวแม่มือและปลายนิ้วนาง พึงแตะดวงตาและหูซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า. และด้วยการประกบปลายนิ้วก้อยกับนิ้วหัวแม่มือ พึงแตะช่องสะดือด้วย เป็นส่วนแห่งพิธีชำระให้บริสุทธิ์.
