โดยสวมสายศักดิ์สิทธิ์ในแบบสวยโยปวีตะ (savyopavīta) อย่างถูกต้อง พึงถวายตัรปณะ (tarpana) แด่วินายกะทั้งหก และแด่เทพทั้งปวงเริ่มด้วยพระพรหมา ตลอดจนเหล่ามุนีเริ่มด้วยมรีจิ ด้วยการหลั่งน้ำบูชา
