พระนางเป็นผู้เดียวที่สรรพชนพึงนอบน้อม เป็นปฐมเหตุ เป็นผู้ดำรงอยู่เสมอ และเป็นพลังแห่งระเบียบสากล; ดังนี้เขาทั้งหลายจึงกำหนดมูรติแห่งพระอิศวรีผู้มีรูปอันบริสุทธิ์นั้น
