ในกาศี ผู้สละกาย ณ ที่นั้น มีพระวิศเวศะ (พระศิวะ) เองเป็นผู้กำกับสูงสุด แต่แม้ที่นั่น สำหรับผู้ก่อบาป กาลไภรวะเป็นผู้ปกครองผู้เข้มงวด
