ब्रह्मांडं किमकांडे वै लयमेष्यति तत्कथम् । परापतंति नाद्यापि पारावारा इतस्ततः

brahmāṃḍaṃ kimakāṃḍe vai layameṣyati tatkatham | parāpataṃti nādyāpi pārāvārā itastataḥ

“หรือว่าไข่จักรวาลนี้จักพุ่งสู่ปรลัยะโดยฉับพลัน—จะเป็นไปได้อย่างไร? แม้บัดนี้มหาสมุทรก็ยังซัดสาดกระแทกก้องอยู่รอบด้าน”
