अशोकदत्त उवाच । मातर्मत्स्कंधमारुह्य देह्यस्मै शीतलं जलम् । सा तथेति तमाभाष्य तरुणी त्वरयान्विता
aśokadatta uvāca | mātarmatskaṃdhamāruhya dehyasmai śītalaṃ jalam | sā tatheti tamābhāṣya taruṇī tvarayānvitā
อโศกทัตตะกล่าวว่า “แม่เอ๋ย จงขึ้นบนบ่าของเรา แล้วให้น้ำเย็นแก่ผู้นี้เถิด” นางสาวน้อยตอบว่า “เป็นดังนั้น” แล้วด้วยความรีบร้อนก็ลงมือทำในทันที
