यक्षा ऊचुः । रामनाथेंद्रियारातिबाधा नो दुःसहा सदा । तान्विजेतुं सहायस्त्वमस्माकं भव धूर्जटे

เหล่ายักษ์กล่าวว่า: “โอ้ พระรามนาถะ ความทรมานจากศัตรูแห่งอินทรีย์นั้นหนักหนาเกินทนแก่พวกเราเสมอ. เพื่อพิชิตสิ่งเหล่านั้น ขอพระองค์ทรงเป็นผู้เกื้อกูลของเราเถิด โอ้ ธูรชฏิ.”
