ब्रह्मचर्येण यज्ञेन तथा पुत्रोद्भवेन च । नैव तुष्यन्ति ऋषयो देवाः पितृगणास्तथा

brahmacaryeṇa yajñena tathā putrodbhavena ca | naiva tuṣyanti ṛṣayo devāḥ pitṛgaṇāstathā

แม้ด้วยพรหมจรรย์ ด้วยยัญญะ และด้วยการให้กำเนิดบุตร เหล่าฤๅษี เหล่าเทวะ และหมู่ปิตฤก็มิได้พึงพอเท่าเทียมดังที่พึงพอด้วยเดชแห่งตีรถะนี้
