evaṃ prabruvatostatra plavaṃgamasṛgālayoḥ | yadṛcchayā daivayogātpūrvapuṇyavaśāddvijāḥ

ขณะนั้นเมื่อวานรและสุนัขจิ้งจอกกำลังสนทนากันอยู่ ณ ที่นั้น ก็เกิดขึ้นโดยบังเอิญ—ด้วยการประจวบแห่งเทวะ และด้วยอำนาจบุญเก่าก่อน—ทวิชะ (มุนีผู้เกิดสองครั้ง) ได้มาถึง
