शिष्यैः प्रशिष्यैर्बहुभिरसंख्यातैः समावृताः । तानागतान्समालोक्य बृहद्द्युम्नो महीपतिः

śiṣyaiḥ praśiṣyairbahubhirasaṃkhyātaiḥ samāvṛtāḥ | tānāgatānsamālokya bṛhaddyumno mahīpatiḥ

เมื่อเหล่ามุนีเหล่านั้นรายล้อมด้วยศิษย์และศิษย์สืบศิษย์เป็นอันมากจนหาประมาณมิได้ ครั้นพระราชาพฤหัททยุมน์ ผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งแผ่นดิน ทอดพระเนตรเห็นท่านทั้งหลายมาถึง ก็—
