जन्ममृत्युजराक्रांतसंसारातुरचेतसाम् । अज्ञाननाशकं नास्ति जटातीर्थादृते द्विजाः

janmamṛtyujarākrāṃtasaṃsārāturacetasām | ajñānanāśakaṃ nāsti jaṭātīrthādṛte dvijāḥ

โอ้ทวิชะทั้งหลาย ผู้มีจิตทุกข์ร้อนด้วยสังสารวัฏที่ถูกครอบงำด้วยเกิด ตาย และชรา ย่อมไม่มีสิ่งใดทำลายอวิชชาได้เทียบเท่าชฏาตีรถะ
