सर्वे पातकिनो मर्त्या मुच्यन्ते सर्वपातकैः । व्रतदान तपोहोमैर्न तथा तुष्यते शिवः

sarve pātakino martyā mucyante sarvapātakaiḥ | vratadāna tapohomairna tathā tuṣyate śivaḥ

ณ ที่นั้น มนุษย์ผู้มีบาปทั้งปวงย่อมพ้นจากบาปทั้งสิ้น แม้ด้วยวรตะ ทานะ ตบะ และโหมะ พระศิวะก็มิได้ทรงพอพระทัยยิ่งเท่าบุญกุศลอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์นี้
