evamāpyāyitā vatsa tena cāneka | bāṃdhavāḥ śrāddhaṃ kartumaśaktiścecchākairapi hi jāyate

ดังนี้แล ลูกเอ๋ย ด้วยสิ่งนั้นญาติพี่น้องเป็นอันมากย่อมได้รับการเกื้อหนุน; และแท้จริง แม้ผู้ใดไม่อาจประกอบศราทธะ (śrāddha) ให้ครบถ้วนได้ ความตั้งใจจะทำศราทธะก็ยังบังเกิด และมีผลบุญอยู่
