न शयीत क्वचिन्नग्नः पाणौ भुंजीत नैव च । आर्द्रपादकरास्योऽश्नन्दीर्घकालं न जीवति

na śayīta kvacinnagnaḥ pāṇau bhuṃjīta naiva ca | ārdrapādakarāsyo'śnandīrghakālaṃ na jīvati

ไม่พึงนอนเปลือยกายที่ใด ๆ และไม่พึงฉันอาหารโดยวางไว้บนฝ่ามือ (ไร้ภาชนะอันสมควร) ผู้ใดกินด้วยเท้าเปียก มือเปียก และปากเปียก ผู้นั้นย่อมไม่ยืนยาว
