अश्वत्थं चैत्यवृक्षं च गुरुं जलभृतं घटम् । सिद्धान्नं दधिसिद्धार्थं गच्छन्कुर्यात्प्रदक्षिणम्

aśvatthaṃ caityavṛkṣaṃ ca guruṃ jalabhṛtaṃ ghaṭam | siddhānnaṃ dadhisiddhārthaṃ gacchankuryātpradakṣiṇam

เมื่อเดินไป พึงทำประทักษิณา (เวียนขวา) รอบต้นอัศวัตถะ ต้นไจตยะอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ รอบครูของตน รอบหม้อน้ำที่เต็มน้ำ รอบอาหารสุกที่ถวายเป็น ‘สิทธานนะ’ และรอบนมเปรี้ยวที่ผสมเมล็ดมัสตาร์ดขาว โดยนอบน้อมสิ่งเหล่านี้ว่าเป็นหลักอันเป็นมงคลแห่งธรรม
