अंगुष्ठमूलदेशेन ह्यधरोष्ठौ परि मृजेत् । स्पृष्ट्वा जलेन हृदयं समस्ताभिः शिरः स्पृशेत्

aṃguṣṭhamūladeśena hyadharoṣṭhau pari mṛjet | spṛṣṭvā jalena hṛdayaṃ samastābhiḥ śiraḥ spṛśet

พึงใช้บริเวณโคนหัวแม่มือเช็ดริมฝีปากล่าง แล้วใช้น้ำแตะที่หัวใจ จากนั้นจึงแตะศีรษะด้วยนิ้วทั้งหมดพร้อมกัน
