ณ ที่นั้น พระเทวะผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งการคุ้มครอง—ทรงรอบรู้ทุกสิ่ง เป็นผู้นำแห่งคุณธรรมทั้งปวง—ประทับอยู่; และ ณ ที่นั้นเอง โยคินีผู้มีนามว่า ‘ตาริณี’ ทรงช่วยข้ามพ้นผู้ที่จมอยู่ในมหาสมุทรแห่งสังสารภพ
