evaṃvidhaṃ nivāsaṃ me viddhi rāma nṛpottama | śūnyaṃ tu sarvato yasmānnivāsāya dvijā gatāḥ

โอ้พระราม ผู้ประเสริฐในหมู่กษัตริย์ จงทราบว่าเรือนพำนักของเรามีสภาพเช่นนี้—บัดนี้ว่างเปล่ารอบด้าน เพราะเหล่าทวิชะได้จากไปหาที่อยู่ ณ ที่อื่นแล้ว
