ततः स विस्मयाविष्टो रामो राजीवलोचनः । पप्रच्छ तीर्थमाहात्म्यं यत्तीर्थेषूत्तमोत्तमम्

แล้วพระรามผู้มีเนตรดุจดอกบัว เมื่อทรงอัศจรรย์ยิ่งนัก ก็ทรงถามถึงมหาตมะของตีรถะนั้น ซึ่งประเสริฐยิ่งเหนือบรรดาสถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์ทั้งปวง.
