ครั้งนั้น พระเจ้าพลาหกะ ผู้มีหมู่เทพทั้งปวงร่วมเสด็จ ได้ทรงสถาปนา “ลึงค์” อันศักดิ์สิทธิ์นั้นไว้ต่อหน้าพระเทวะทั้งหลายอย่างใกล้ชิด
