वणिजश्च तथा विप्रा मोहं प्राप्ता भयार्दिताः । तस्मान्मोहेतिसंज्ञास्ते राजन्सर्वे निरब्रुवन्
vaṇijaśca tathā viprā mohaṃ prāptā bhayārditāḥ | tasmānmohetisaṃjñāste rājansarve nirabruvan
เหล่าพ่อค้าและพราหมณ์ทั้งหลาย ถูกความหวาดกลัวบีบคั้นจนตกอยู่ในโมหะ; เพราะเหตุนั้น ข้าแต่พระราชา พวกเขาทั้งปวงจึงประกาศตนว่ามีนามว่า “โมหะ”
