samānagotrapravarāṃ kanyāmūḍhvopagamya ca | tasyāmutpādya cāṃḍālaṃ brāhmaṇyādeva hīyate

Translation

หากชายใดสมรสและอยู่ร่วมกับหญิงพรหมจารีผู้มีโคตรเดียวกันและปรวรเดียวกัน แล้วให้กำเนิดบุตรกับนาง บุตรนั้นย่อมเป็นจัณฑาล; และชายผู้นั้นเองก็เสื่อมจากความเป็นพราหมณ์ (พราหมณยภาพตกไป)
