ดังนี้แต่ก่อน พระพรหมผู้เกื้อกูลโลกได้ชั่งและพิจารณาแล้ว; และพบว่าให้ผลเสมอกัน (ทั้งบุญและอานุภาพ). เพราะฉะนั้น บัณฑิตพึงยึดถือและปฏิบัติไว้เสมอ
