The Salvific Function of Shiva’s Sacred Domains
भोगांशो भोगनाश्यस्तु नान्यथा पुण्यकोटिभिः । बीजप्ररोहे नष्टे तु शेषो भोगाय कल्पते
bhogāṃśo bhoganāśyastu nānyathā puṇyakoṭibhiḥ | bījaprarohe naṣṭe tu śeṣo bhogāya kalpate
ส่วนของกรรมที่เริ่มให้ผลเป็นภพโภค (bhoga) ย่อมสิ้นไปได้ด้วยการเสวยผลเท่านั้น มิใช่ด้วยวิธีอื่น แม้ทำบุญนับโกฏิก็มิอาจลบล้างได้ แต่เมื่อหน่อแห่งเมล็ดกรรมถูกทำลายแล้ว สิ่งที่เหลืออยู่ย่อมเป็นเพียงเศษโภคให้เสวยหมดไป ไม่ก่อพันธะใหม่
