It shows that even the highest devas, including Vishnu, acknowledge Shiva as the supremely auspicious Lord; sustained praise (stuti) expresses bhakti and aligns the mind with Shiva’s grace, which Shaiva Siddhanta sees as essential for liberation.
The devas’ repeated glorification highlights Saguna Shiva—Shiva approached through name, form, and qualities (śivaṃ śivam). Such stuti naturally supports Linga worship, where devotees praise the visible symbol of the formless Supreme.
Practice steady stuti and japa—especially the Panchakshara mantra “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”—with a joyful, reverent mind; this verse emphasizes continuous remembrance while returning to one’s daily duties.
