It teaches that success in all endeavors depends on divine grace, and that Shiva’s grace is inseparable from His Śakti; heartfelt praise (stuti) that pleases Śakti invites the power that removes obstacles and fulfills righteous aims.
In Saguna worship, the Liṅga is revered with Śakti as its inseparable power; praising Śakti alongside Shiva aligns the devotee with the complete Shiva-tattva—consciousness (Shiva) and its effective potency (Śakti)—so worship becomes fruitful.
Perform stuti and mantra-japa with devotion to Shiva together with Śakti—such as reciting hymns and repeating the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) while offering simple worship—seeking their combined prasāda for the completion of one’s dharmic work.
