yadi vaḥ pradhane śradā sāro vā kṣullakā hṛdi | agre tiṣṭhata mātraṃ me na cedgrāmyasukhe spṛhā

หากพวกเจ้ามีศรัทธาในศึกนี้ และในดวงใจยังมีความกล้าหาญหรือกำลังแม้เพียงน้อย ก็จงมายืนต่อหน้าข้าเถิด; แต่หากยังใฝ่หาสุขโลกีย์อันเล็กน้อย ก็อย่าได้ก้าวออกมา
