देवस्तुतिः (Devastuti) — Hymn/Praise of the Devas
सर्वे देवादयो नाथ श्रेष्ठत्वेन विभूतयः । देवानामिन्द्ररूपोऽसि ग्रहाणां त्वं रविर्मतः
sarve devādayo nātha śreṣṭhatvena vibhūtayaḥ | devānāmindrarūpo'si grahāṇāṃ tvaṃ ravirmataḥ
ข้าแต่องค์นาถ! เหล่าเทพทั้งปวงและอื่นๆ ในความเป็นเลิศล้วนเป็นวิภูติของพระองค์ ในหมู่เทพพระองค์ทรงเป็นดุจอินทรรูป และในหมู่ดาวเคราะห์พระองค์ทรงเป็นรวิ คือพระอาทิตย์

It teaches that the excellences seen in cosmic rulers (like Indra and the Sun) are Shiva’s vibhūtis—dependent powers—while Shiva remains the supreme Pati, the ultimate source and governor of all divine functions.
