कामप्रभावः (कामा॑स्य प्रभाववर्णनम्) — The Power of Kāma and the (Ineffective) Attempt to Delude Śiva

कामः प्रोवाच मां तात प्रणम्य च निरुत्सवः । स्थित्वा मम पुरोऽगर्वो मारैश्च मधुना तदा

กามกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่ท่านบิดา ด้วยความหดหู่ไร้เริงรื่น เขากราบข้าพเจ้า แล้วมายืนต่อหน้าข้าพเจ้าโดยไร้ความทะนง พร้อมด้วยเหล่ามรุตและมธุในกาลนั้น จึงกล่าวถ้อยคำ”
