संध्याचरित्रवर्णनम् (Sandhyā-caritra-varṇana) — “Account of Sandhyā’s Story”
सूत उवाच । इत्याकर्ण्य वचस्तस्य ब्रह्मपुत्रश्च धीमतः । संस्मृत्य शंकरं सक्त्या ब्रह्मा प्रोवाच तत्त्ववित्
sūta uvāca | ityākarṇya vacastasya brahmaputraśca dhīmataḥ | saṃsmṛtya śaṃkaraṃ saktyā brahmā provāca tattvavit
สูตะกล่าวว่า: ครั้นได้ฟังถ้อยคำของบุตรแห่งพรหมผู้มีปัญญา (นารท) เขาได้ระลึกถึงศังกรด้วยพลังภายในอันแน่วแน่ แล้วพรหมผู้รู้ความจริงจึงกล่าวขึ้น
