एवं स्मृत्वा हरिः प्राह क्षुवं विधिसुतं द्रुतम् । विप्राणां नास्ति राजेन्द्र भयमण्वपि कुत्रचित्
evaṃ smṛtvā hariḥ prāha kṣuvaṃ vidhisutaṃ drutam | viprāṇāṃ nāsti rājendra bhayamaṇvapi kutracit
ครั้นระลึกดังนี้แล้ว พระหริ (วิษณุ) ตรัสแก่กษุวะ โอรสแห่งวิธี (พรหมา) โดยเร็วว่า “ข้าแต่ราชันผู้ประเสริฐ พราหมณ์ทั้งหลายย่อมไม่มีความหวาดกลัวแม้เพียงน้อย ณ ที่ใดเลย”
